Stretching is one of the most important elements of body maintenance. Stretch in the morning and at night, before and after exercise. The more you stretch the more comfortable and flexible you will be. Your body will be more healthy and last longer. You will perform better. I can show you stretches every time you come to see me for a massage. Stretching is part of yoga. I will teach you how to stretch at home.

Stretching is included in Sports Massage. Typically I will start with a body treatment that will get your body warmed up. I then apply stretches. When you stretch with me you are safe from injury. I am very intuitive as to how much I can challenge you. I will help you meet and surpass your limits.

I can’t tell you enough how important stretching is. I have worked with people who did not stretch as they got older. A man in my family is bedridden because he did not stretch as he got older. He is only 87. Stretching correctly can enhance mobility and stability and can ad flexibility to tendons, ligaments and muscles.

Stretching is considered exercise  During a stretch muscles and tendons are extended in such a way that they will become more elastic and more comfortably toned. You will appreciate greater muscle control, flexibility, less cramping.It reduces injuries and increases performance.
